I have been cleaning out my sewing items and found I have so many costumes I really need to find new homes for. Most of these have been worn only once, and a few are award winners. Feel free to email me and ask any questions you like! Shipping will hopefully be with USPS Priority Flate Rate at $8.95. I would recommend insurance for and additional $2.00. If you would like, I can try and ship it cheaper. It would depend on the costume. I just need to make room for the new costumes I am making, so these are being sold at a very low rate! Most costume were made for me (made by me). I always tried to design them for able to fit a variety of body sizes. I am 5'8"

Most measurements on these costumes are approx.
Bust 32-38
Waist 27-32
Hips 32-42

I am all packed up (except for my make-up and driving snacks/drinks).   But I was wondering, I huess more to my self than anything... SHould I bring any of the dollfies? I know there are a few dollfie gatherings over the span of the con, but I am not sure I will be going to any of them.... Can't decide!

Anyways...

Morgan's wig STILL has NOT arrived. The tracking info shows it has been in Little Rock since 7am YESTERDAY. They have already lost one package this week, a little dollfie I just bought, and she had not been found.
So I just called UPS to find out where it is. All they would say is it is in the truck. He said he would have the local UPS call me within the hour to let me know where it is. If I do not here from them in the next hour, I will call again, threating death. And then hunt down the truck and get my package!!!

I got started on a costume for Kate, but realized a moment ago, I do not have enough fabric to make it. I got the front and back cut out... but alas... there could be no sleeves.

Really looking forward to seeing everyone I hope to see at NDK....  I should be into Denver betwwen 3-5, I think. I plan on getting up at 3am and putting the sleeping kids in the car, and driving. We are all going to bed at 8pm tonight, so I am not tired.  The drive is 15 hours long, and the time change makes a difference as well.  I will post on LJ right before I leave.

So Harry Potter rocked! But I have to share what happened!

Morgan, two of her friends, Bj and Ashley, and I got to the theather at 7:30. There were only 4 others in front of us. Morgan went dressed as Hermione, of course, and I went as Quititch playing Ginny... (won't go into that one)

We got to go into the theater about 9:30. Bj's Mom came dressed as Trelawney.  She has never dressed up as anything, and really got a kick out of it!

Andways, Fox 16 news was there, to do a store, for the late, late night news. They had a costume contest. and , well, here is the news store...

OMG! It totally rocked!!!!

We got ticket for the 8:30 show last night (I also bought my HP tickets as well)

It was really good!

I guess this is as much for me to look at and help with, as for anyone that wants to see it.

I will be bringing the children with me to NDK. Kevin will be doing more training, and will not be anywhere near Arkansas at the time.  I have reserved a room, and if anyone still needs space, I will have atleast one spot, maybe even a whole bed (since the kids will mostlikely be in the same bed as me)

Since I will be bringing them, I now have to make costumes for them. Joey really wants to be Sora from KH. Not sure I want to try and make that for him, but I am thinking about it. I think if I can find someone who could make a mini keyblade for me, at not too high a cost, I would make it. Cuz Joey would look really cute!

As you know, I was expecting to lose my own furry baby. And my dad has just said goodbye to our family dog the week before. I was told about these wonderful books. One for cats, and one for dogs. I was going to send the dog book to my dad, but something kept me from sending it.  I think it was because I needed to share it with you....

Ok... I will put this under the cut, for those that don't like to read about Dollfie stuff. But is pretty cool news, so maybe you should still read it... : )

My friend's dog has been expecting for a little while. I told her, if the puppies came during normal waking hours, to call, I would love to be there.
So she had Joey today (with her son JT) She dropped Joey off, and although JT did not want to leave, we explained Mommy 2 needed to go check Lilo.
Sure enough, about 15 mintues later she calls, and is kinda frantic. Lilo was giving biorth on JT's bed, and has already had two, one on the couch, and one on their bed.
See, Lilo is a Blue Healer Mix, and the boy who knocked her up is a Black Lab Mix. She was worried the puppies would be too big for Lilo to birth, since she is a smaller dog, compared to Dexter..

By the time I got there (6:20), Lilo had three puppies.  We watched her have three more. Six puppies! We were sure she was done ( my mom thought four would be the max, cuz of the mix)
Over the next hour , while we were waiting for Pizza, Lilo had two more.
By 8:30, an hour after the last one, we were postive she was done. So Tamra moved the puppies to the welping box, so she could start cleaning JT's bed of the soiled sheets.   We were wondering why Lilo had not followed us to the living room. Tamra went back into the bedroom to get Lilo, and low and behold! Another puppy!  
At 9:30pm Lilo was the proud mother of nine puppies. She was doing well, the puppies were well, and we were all tired. (I got about 2 hours sleep last night)

The kids and I headed home.  Joey crashed on the way.  I had no more than put Joey in jammies, and into bed, when 
Tamra called again.

You guessed it. Another puppy!

JT was hoping for 10. I told him that many would hurt Lilo. That five ould be a good number. Needless to say, JT is quite 
happy 
he was right.

Hopefully, one of the girls will be mine. Gotta talk to Kevin. But I think it would be good for henna to have a playmate, 
since she is not allowed to go running w/ kevin anymore. And the baby would be a great running partner for Kev when 
she gets bigger, and much older.

I tried to take a pic on my cell phone, but I am not sure it took well. I will check later.

So now I am very tired. I am gonna have a long shower (Henna is not happy about me smelling like other dogs)  
And go to bed! Night!

I have a dollfie shop website... but it really sucks. And I would love it if anyone could help me with a basic HTML layout. It has been over 7 yeats since I did any HTML and I suck at it, but my website needs some help... in many ways.

So if anyone has any knowledge of web layouts, and wants to help, I will ass-dunce-cap you forever!

So many of you are going through the "artic blast" right now.
FOr the most part, it is warm here. It was in the 70's this past weekend.

So the storm was moving this way.

I went to Wal-mart ot get a few things, and the store was a mad house. Everyone getting milk and bread... lol

The news last night just made me laugh. Fayetteville, AR, which is about three hours north of me, was getting a little snow. They were expecting about 5 inches of snow. That 9pm last night, there was only small amount on the ground... AND ALL THE SCHOOLS WERE GOING TO BE CLOSED!!!

We did not get any snow in here Little Rock, yet, people were acting like it was the end of the world. I just cracked me up.

As much as I like it being warmer here, the idiots here... I tell ya.

I miss the REAL snow storms.

I am going to be sending out Christmas cards...
